Local 196 Nurses had a relaxing and entertaining evening with guest speaker, Bob Layton on November 14.

Mr. Layton made the crowd laugh… and cry… telling stories from his 47 years in broadcasting. In his talk, Mr. Layton demonstrated the importance of writing down the important memories and lessons learned in life – to pass them on to future generations. He shared stories from his Best-Selling book Welcome to Radio! My Life in Broadcasting, So far. and offered his book for sale for a donation to Santas Anonymous.
